About Role

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of lathes, milling machines, and grinders at various customer locations
  • Travel to customer sites, often on short notice, to provide prompt and efficient service
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Work independently in the field, managing time and tasks efficiently 

Qualifications

  • Experience in servicing and repairing machine tools or similar equipment is preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machine tools
  • Ability to travel frequently and be on call for emergency service when needed
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation
